So i've been really into Yoga for a long long time. I even got my teacher certification recently. The world of Ayurveda has always intrigued me and I got this book to learn a bit more. One of the ideas that really fascinated me was the concept of the doshas and I definitely think I am Pitta. I learned a ton about what I should and shouldn't be eating for my body type. I also naturally really enjoyed the chapter about Ayurveda and Yoga and how those two worlds can combine for higher living. Check out this book. It's a good one!

I like this book so much because this volume would be actual, ready to lend a hand with women all over the world. Women these days are now aware, not just concerning their look other than also with their heaviness, lose weight and in good physical shape way. This volume has the majority of the things attractive for losing weight, which is not dangerous for our body condition.

easy to read and understand

This is the first book I read by Emily Kirk. The book was very well written, easy to read and understand. I highly recommend for those interested in Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a very broad topic, with lots of interesting and important information to maintain health or to return to it once the balance has been lost, and this book is an excellent way to approach the subject.
