An outstanding practical guide for teachers to work together

For any teachers who want to improve their effectiveness in teams and decrease frustrations when teams don't work, this is a useful resource. The chapters touch on the real issues that affect schools and keep the adults in schools from working effectively together. Boring, hard to read

This textbook is difficult to read and bores me. They could have said the same things in simpler terms and much quicker. It seems to be very repetitive, but I have already taken a class like this one with a much better text.

Much of the same information repeated throughout the chapters. Also would like to see chapters shifted around. didn't think the order was appropriate or logical.
